With 30 years experience in the Consumer Goods Industry, Cheryl Stark started Nalon Consulting to help other companies quickly solve for Amazon supply chain issues that result in chargebacks and what she calls "virtual shortages".  

Cheryl has a sincere passion to help other companies navigate the Amazon supply chain using her experience and knowledge to quickly identify root causes and developing action plans.   Use your time and resources to execute the action plans instead of researching (and learning) causes of chargebacks and shortages. 

Cheryl can help companies evaluate Amazon Supply Chain Programs.  She also has extensive experience building internal eCommerce Supply Chain capabilities such as Vendor Flex, Drop Ship, SIOC (Ship in Own Container) and FFP (Frustration Free Packaging) testing and certification.  Having a career experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Cheryl is uniquely skilled in identifying root cases of supply chain defects and steps needed to correct.
